Electrical Analog Approach to Heat Flow Through Wood-Frame Walls

Information was sought on how climatic factors influence distribution of temperature in wood-frame walls. An analog simulator, using an analogy between heat and electrical flow, was designed and constructed from which it is possible to predict the generalized temperature conditions within walls in various climates. The mathematical development is given for the electrical system and the heat system.
