An Integrated Wood Foundation-Framing System

An integrated, foundation-framing construction system is described for low-cost and conventional homes and agricultural-industrial buildings of wood frame construction. Framing posts of the structural walls are extended downward to appropriate foundation levels in the ground. This is feasible owing to the availability of pressure treated square or rectangular posts. The foundation-framing system can be used in combination with a floating floor system and trussed rafters.
