Concentrated load creep properties of three commercially manufactured, structural-type particleboards and a plywood were determined at five environmental test conditions. All panel types performed similarly under constant 50 percent RH. Differences occurred under cyclic humidity and wet-redry conditions and increased disproportionately with an increase in environmental severity. Particleboard generally performed better than Group 2 plywood.
