Laminated Prefinishing of Composition Board

The application of laminating papers treated with low pressure triazine resins to wood panel products is discussed. Principle advantages are that they can be applied to low density core materials using low pressure pressing equipment and they provide surface properties comparable to those obtained with melamine resins and superior to conventional lacquer finishes.
